Nicki O’Neill joined ¿ìè¶ÌÊÓƵ Property Management as an Assistant Property Manager in 2011 and was promoted to Property Manager in 2014. Prior to joining ¿ìè¶ÌÊÓƵ Mrs. O’Neill worked in Residential Real Estate as a licensed Community Association Manager where she attained a strong business mind and the necessary management skills to assist building owners, Board of Directors, vendors and tenants.

Currently she manages The AutoNation Building, a LEED Gold Certified 17-story Class A office building which also serves as the AutoNation Corporate Headquarters. Her portfolio includes One West Las Olas [headquarters for KO Lawyers and TEAM Enterprises], The Shops at One Plantation retail shopping center and Cornerstone Association in Plantation Florida. Prior to this, Ms. O’Neill managed the ¿ìè¶ÌÊÓƵ Headquarters building [Plaza at Las Olas] for three years along with other Associations and well known retail shopping centers in premiere locations throughout Broward County [West Lake Commons shopping center, The Enclave Shops at Coral Ridge and Galleria Plaza]. Mrs. O’Neill’s lengthy and diverse portfolio has enhanced her range of knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Management industry while simultaneously developing her skills in maintaining an assorted portfolio.

Ms. O’Neill is an active member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches local chapter. She sits on the Board of Directors Future Leadership Counsel and regularly attends monthly luncheons. In 2018 and 2019, Ms. O’Neill served as the BOMA TOBY Awards co-chair heading up the event. In addition to that, she served on the TOBY committee in various roles since 2014. In 2018 she was elected to serve as chairperson for the BOMA Southern Region Conference TOBY Awards held at the Margaritaville resort in Hollywood Florida. In her spare time, Ms. O’Neill enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They enjoy their annual summer vacation trips which typically includes cruising the Caribbean.
