Mike Carpenter

As a Vice President at 快猫短视频, Mr. Carpenter is currently handling a lease and sale portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. During his time with 快猫短视频 he has closed over $150,000,000 in sales and lease transactions as well as leased/sold approximately 750,000 square feet. Mike has been recognized with a Broward County CoStar Power Broker Award seven times since joining 快猫短视频 Retail Group.
Mr. Carpenter has experience working on all aspects of retail leasing, from conception to completion. Whether a free-standing building or large shopping center, Mr. Carpenter鈥檚 valuable experience and market knowledge make him essential to the 快猫短视频 Retail Group team.
During his tenure at Cohen Commercial Realty, Mr. Carpenter served as a Senior Leasing Agent where he closed more than $20,000,000 in sales and lease transactions on behalf of landlords in South Florida. He was responsible for over 17 projects including shopping centers, commercial buildings, and land totaling over 1,500,000 square feet.
Mr. Carpenter is a graduate of Florida State University鈥檚 College of Business with dual majors in Real Estate and Hospitality. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
