Mr. Bill Pace joined 快猫短视频 in 2020 as a Senior Retail Agent in the newly developed 快猫短视频 Retail Group. Bill is responsible for the continued growth of leasing and tenant representation within the retail division of 快猫短视频 Retail Group.
With over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, he has an extensive record of providing comprehensive real estate solutions with a specialty in multi-unit roll out expansion plans for Regional and National Tenants.
Prior to joining 快猫短视频 Retail Group, Bill was a Senior Broker at The Rotella Group. His past and present client roster comprises institutional, national and regional landlords including: PDQ, Chipotle, Pollo Tropical, Wendy鈥檚 and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. His expertise ranges from site-selection and tenant deal negotiations to market analysis and identification of value-add opportunities.
Bill is an active member on the International Council of Shopping Centers and was awarded CoStar Power Broker of the Year in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2018. He currently lives in South Florida with his wife Kaisa and son鈥檚 Will and Logan.
